
PALM SUNDAY | March 29, 8:30 & 11:00 a.m.
Sunday of the Passion – We celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. Each service includes the reading of the Passion Gospel according to St. Matthew.
MAUNDY THURSDAY | April 2, 12:00 & 7:00 p.m.
The Maundy Thursday liturgy completes the time of repentance begun on Ash Wednesday and begins THE THREE DAYS (Triduum).
7:00 p.m. concludes with the dramatic stripping of the altar, reminiscent of Christ Jesus being stripped prior to his crucifixion. All depart in silence.
Holy Communion is celebrated at both.
GOOD FRIDAY | April 3, 12:00 & 7:00 p.m.
“Stations of the Cross” Each station is used to signify certain scenes in the Passion of Christ.
The object of the stations is to help the faithful to make, in spirit, a pilgrimage to the chief scenes of Christ’s sufferings and death.
