Rally Day

Sunday, August 9  |  Fellowship Hall  and Church Grounds

Discipleship Classes will be held for all levels from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Come meet your Sunday School Leaders.

Beginning at 11:45 a.m., there will be a celebration with lunch. Everyone is invited. After lunch, there will be outside water activities and water slide. Don’t forget your bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.

Each family is asked to bring a side dish or a dessert. Please see the sign-up sheet in the Narthex. The church will provide chicken strips and drinks. You can drop off food for lunch Sunday morning in the fellowship hall. Please RSVP by August 2.

Italian Dinner

November 7, 2026, will be an evening of good food, music, rollicking humor, and a chance to purchase items at greatly reduced prices, all while supporting worthy ministries. Your attendance and auction donations will enable Christ the King to make significant contributions to:

• No Longer Bound
• About Face USA

Please consider donating your gently used items with a current value of at least $25 to the silent and live auctions. Examples of items include: decorative items, kitchen equipment, appliances, gift baskets, furniture, tools, beach, camping, exercise, photographic and sporting equipment, grills, electronics, homemade items, computers, tickets to sporting events, and gift cards or gift certificates. Stays in a beach condo, a mountain cabin, or a resort for a few days to a week would be very welcome. If you don’t have anything to donate, please consider a cash donation. You can place it in the box in the Narthex. All proceeds will go directly to the two above ministries.

The menu will include Spaghetti and Meatballs, Lasagna, and Chicken Alfredo. We welcome donations of desserts.

The silent auction will open at 5:00 PM and the dinner will start at 6:15 PM. Tickets will be $25 for adults and $12 for those 12 and under. They will be on sale in the fellowship hall starting on Sunday, September 27.
